Enigma Heart
A downloadable game
Now in development for Linux and Windows!
Unravel the mysteries of your past and shape your destiny in Enigma Heart, a side-scrolling action RPG that blends classic gameplay with modern sensibilities. Explore a war-torn kingdom, master magic and combat, and unlock new abilities to help you navigate the land and uncover hidden secrets.

Play as Zalia, a wanderer who awakens in a seaside village with no memory of who she is or why she was attacked. Nursed back to health by the local innkeeper Esme, Zalia embarks on a perilous journey to reclaim her lost past, protect those who have shown her kindness, and stand against the dark forces threatening Lufain. With a richly woven story, dynamic battles, and a sapphic love story at its heart, Enigma Heart delivers a nostalgic yet fresh take on the action RPG genre.

Looking forward to this one. Always hungry for more Zelda II. And thanks for planning a Linux build. I, for one, appreciate that.
So sorry it took so long to reply; I’m still getting the hang of the whole community-engagement thing. It’s nice to stop coding every once in a while and look around for a change. 😅
I appreciate the kind words! I really hope Enigma Heart does Zelda II justice, and even goes beyond!
Oh, and you’re welcome on the Linux build! The game is actually developed on Linux, for Linux. (It’s the future!) 🐧💜
